Operaria

Operaria · the digital employee

The repetitive work in your business, done on its own.

Reminding people about appointments, chasing the quotes nobody answers, getting the invoices to your accountant. You tell us in your own words, we build it, we show it to you rehearsed and from then on it works without you. You do not learn any software and you do not change your diary.

A real example: María has an appointment at ten tomorrow. Today this reaches her — and until you give the go-ahead, not one message goes out.

  • No card
  • No expiry date
  • No lock-in

The first process is free: 100 messages a month. After that, €75 a month + VAT.
Would you rather we talked it through? +34 616 809 504, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Spanish time. A person answers: there is no switchboard and no sales rep.

A WhatsApp as a customer receives it: “Hello Nuria López, this is a reminder of your appointment on Tuesday 8 September at 11:15”, signed “Automated message from Peluquería Marta, run by Operaria”
Screenshot from our demo account, which runs in Spanish. Your messages go out in whatever language you pick.

That “I am the digital assistant” line is the law

Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires it. We cannot take it out, not even if you ask us in writing, because you are the one who would pay the fine. Better you read it now, calmly, than on the day a customer of fifteen years reads it.

It always carries your business name, never ours. And it only comes in two shapes: in reminders it goes at the top, exactly as you are about to read it here; in processes that write free text it is one line at the end, “Automated message from Peluquería Marta, run by Operaria”. You see both in full during the rehearsal, before you approve anything.

What you do choose: what time it goes out, how far ahead, and what it asks. What cannot be touched is that line and the opt-out: anyone who asks not to be messaged again is not messaged again.

That is the whole message, word for word. There is nothing else and there is no small print. It goes out from your WhatsApp, with your business name in front. “Peluquería Marta” is a salon that does not exist: it is the account we test with, and the message goes out in whatever language you pick.

One process, start to finish

This is what you are buying: a trigger, some steps and a result. Written down in a spec that you approve before anything starts running.

A real example: the appointment reminder. See the full spec.

The rehearsal

And this is what you see before a single one goes out

The exact messages, with the names and times from your diary, plus who would not be written to and why. Until you press the button, nothing goes out.

The Operaria rehearsal screen: “Rehearsal passed. Nothing has been sent”, with the list of the eight messages it would send and the button to give the go-ahead
The screenshot is of the product, not a mock-up. The account is a demo one, in Spanish, and the names are invented; the screen is the one you will see.

Three promises you can hold us to

1

You do not pay until it works

The fee does not start the day you sign: it starts the day your process does its first real piece of work and we confirm it.

2

If it does not save you money, you do not pay

If the measured saving comes in under the fee two months running, the next month is free. With the sums out in the open.

3

Leave whenever you like

No lock-in and no retention calls. One click, and your data is deleted after thirty days.

What does it cost you to do it by hand?

Answer eight questions about your process and we will tell you using your own numbers, before we ask you for anything.
