Guarantees
Three promises, and how they are worked out
They are written down here with their numbers so you can hold us to them, not to look good on a home page.
- You do not pay until it works
- If it does not save you money, you do not pay
- Leave whenever you like

1
You do not pay until it works
When you approve the rehearsal you leave a card, but nothing is charged. The fee starts the day your process does its first real piece of work and we can confirm it: it is not enough for the software to say it happened, there has to be a record that the message arrived or that the entry was created.
Until that happens, the trial simply carries on. If we still have not managed it after 45 days, it is cancelled at no charge and we tell you. That is our problem, not yours.
2
If it does not save you money, you do not pay
When you approve the spec you set two numbers: the minutes it takes you each time, and what an hour of whoever does it costs. From there, each month is worked out like this:
| Times it ran properly | verified ones only |
| × minutes each one saves you | the figure you gave us |
| × what your hour costs | the figure you gave us |
| = the month's saving | it reaches you every Monday |
If that saving comes in under the fee two calendar months running, you do not pay the next month. You do not have to claim it: it applies by itself.
We count full months, not the odd month at the start, and only verified runs. We would rather have a small figure that is certain than a big one that is arguable.
3
Leave whenever you like
One click on your dashboard. No lock-in, no notice period and no retention call. Your data is deleted after thirty days, and you can download it before you go.
Whatever we built for you stays yours: we hand it over documented.
All three apply by themselves
You do not have to claim any of them: they are written into the contract and into the code. Tell us your process and you will see the sums before you pay anything.
