What counts as an action, and what happens if you go over
The three questions people ask before picking a plan, answered the same way here and inside your account.
What is an action?
A WhatsApp that goes out, an email that goes out, a row we write in your sheet. Reading your sheet, waiting, or deciding not to write to somebody does not count. A hair salon with 40 appointments a week uses about 160 actions a month: plenty of room.
And if I move up a plan and it does not pay off?
You move back down whenever you like, no lock-in and no phone call. And nothing is charged until your process has done its first real piece of work and we have checked it: if it never works, you never pay.
What if I go over my actions?
Nothing gets cut off. We let you know when you reach 80 %, and if you go over two months running we suggest the next plan.

What does not cost extra
The build
Designing the process, building it and rehearsing it are all in. There is no set-up invoice.
The fixes
If it breaks, we fix it. There is no charge per incident or per hour of support.
The changes
Three versions a month per process, each with its own rehearsal. You tell us by chat.
What you do pay for separately are your suppliers: WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta (about €0.017 each), and if your process needs paid software, that licence is yours. We never resell you anything at a mark-up.
