Getting the invoices to your accountant on their own
The first of every month starts the same hunt: digging invoices out of email, renaming them and sending them on.
How it runs
TriggerAn invoice lands in the mailbox you tell us about
Step 1The PDF is read and supplier, date and amount pulled out
Step 2It is filed in your folder under a name you can read
Step 3On the first of the month, a summary goes to your accountant
ResultMonth end without chasing anybody
What it connects to
- An email mailbox
- Google Drive or Dropbox
- Holded or Quipu, if you use them
They are your accounts. You grant us access and you can take it away whenever you like.
What it does not do
- It does not file taxes or do the books: that is your accountant's job.
- It does not go into your Gmail. You forward to an address of ours, and that is all it sees.
What it saves. Between two and four hours a month in a small business, depending on how messy the inbox is. In the interview we work it out with your numbers, not with anybody else's.

Tell us about it and we will say whether it can be done, what it would save and what it would cost, before you pay anything.
