What it does not do
- It does not move the appointment by itself: it tells you and you decide.
- It does not message anyone who has asked not to be messaged.
- It does not send the same reminder twice, even if you move the appointment.
What it saves. Agencies in the trade put no-shows at 18% to 22%, and say reminders bring them down to single figures. That is a sector estimate, not a figure of ours. In the interview we work it out with your numbers, not with anybody else's.
